Provide comprehensive on-site maintenance, repair, and technical support for Electronic Security Systems, including Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Access Control Systems (ACS) at Crane Army Ammunition Activity. The contractor must supply all necessary personnel, supervision, and services required to keep the IDS and ACS systems fully operational. Services required include, but are not limited to, preventative maintenance, software and firmware updates, 24/7/365 emergency technical support, and repair or replacement of system components. Contractors must be able to meet all requirements detailed in the performance work statement. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management. All offers must be submitted electronically with the required pricing matrix and include CAGE code and DUNS number. Quotes must remain valid for 60 days. The Government will award a single Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsive, responsible offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The Government may reject any or all quotes. The contractor is responsible for the accuracy of submitted quotes and any costs incurred by erroneous submissions.
