This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only. It is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). The U.S. Government is not committed to issuing a solicitation, awarding a contract, or paying for any expenses incurred by respondents. All submissions will become Government property and will not be returned. Interested vendors are responsible for monitoring any subsequent announcements. Architect-Engineer services to support design and investigation requirements for construction projects on Offutt Air Force Base and associated off-site facilities in eastern Nebraska. Work includes Title I (Type A) services such as studies, reports, surveys, peer reviews, constructability reviews, and cost estimates, as well as Title I (Type B) design services including programming, comprehensive planning, area development, and design for new construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance projects. Deliverables may include conceptual sketches, presentation drawings, final construction drawings, BIM/GIS files, engineering studies, and cost estimates. Required technical disciplines include architectural design, blast protection, civil, communications, electrical, environmental, fire protection, interior design, mechanical, RF shielding, and structural engineering. Firms must be familiar with Offutt AFB facility standards, ATFP requirements, CAD standards, and all applicable government codes.
