Renovation of a military facility in Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This effort consists of non-personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other resources necessary to perform emergency power and switchgear automation controls repairs. The work includes the ability to upgrade, repair, and/or replace components of Emergency Power Generator Systems and Electrical Switchgear Systems in accordance with the applicable Performance Work Statement. Services are intended to support system reliability and mission continuity and may involve automation controls troubleshooting, corrective repairs, component replacement, and system upgrades for existing emergency power and switchgear infrastructure. The anticipated period of performance is up to six months, and the Government is seeking industry feedback on the feasibility of this schedule, the suitability of the proposed NAICS code 811310, and comments on the draft Performance Work Statement. The requirement is being evaluated for planning and market research purposes only, and no solicitation is available at this time. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
