Work on this project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete sidewalk improvements, including the removal and replacement of existing sidewalk and the installation of new sidewalk, as shown on the plans and specified herein. Bidders must be prequalified by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and present an IDOT issued "Certificate of Eligibility" with the bid proposal. BID BOND: 5% of Contract Amount PERFORMANCE/MATERIAL & LABOR PAYMENT BOND: 100% of Contract Amount CONTRACT PERIOD: Contract award through June 26, 2026 Question Deadline 03/13/2026 All questions related to this bid document should be submitted in writing to Cheryl Stuart, Purchasing Specialist at cstuart@cityofevanston.org with a copy to Bridget Nash at bnash@cityofevanston.org.
