A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project involves the RUSD 2025 Bond Program BP01, specifically for Stuckey Demolition. The scope of work includes demolition and site restoration. Instructions to bidders: - Submit electronic proposals for all work categories as described. - All proposals must include a completed and notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certificate and Familial Relationship Sworn Statement. - Contractors must be bondable and include costs for furnishing a Co-Obligee Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Co-Obligee Performance Bond as an add to their base bid. - Contractors must complete the qualification process by submitting the qualification form (available online) and a complete audited or reviewed Financial Statement with Accountants Report and Footnotes. - A mandatory in-person pre-bid conference will be held at Stuckey School. All bidders must attend. - Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid as bid security. Bid security may also be submitted as a certified check, cashier's check, or money order. - All proposals submitted shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date. - The right is reserved to waive irregularities, reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal deemed in the Owner's or Construction Manager's best interest. - All questions must be directed to the Construction Manager in writing and submitted via Building Connected. - Post-bid interviews will be scheduled, and bidders must be available for interviews.
