The Oregon Department of Corrections is seeking bids for the EOCI F/GUnit Elevator Modernization. The following range is a project estimate for bonding purpose: $250,000-$400,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Kirtley (971) 707-0238 Ryan.N.Kirtley@doc.oregon.gov 03/11/2026 @ 02:00:00 PM (PST) Statement of Work-EOCI is located at 2500 Westgate, Pendleton Oregon and is a 1767-bed medium facility with 19 separate general population housing units. The facility was originally built in 1913 and served as a state hospital until it was converted to a prison in 1985. In June of 2024 the service elevator for buildings F&G went down due to failed circuit board. This elevator is old enough parts are obsolete. Scope of Work- The scope of work for this project is for the replacement of elevator equipment for modernization to bring it up to current codes and technologies. Along with the modernization, contractor will be responsible for adding 2-ton ductless A/C for cooling the mechanical room.
