Sealed bids are invited for Construction Services for May Park Improvements for Augusta, GA – Recreation and Parks Department. Plans and specifications must be obtained from Augusta Blueprint for a non-refundable fee. All bidders, prime, subcontractors and suppliers must procure a complete set of plans and specifications to avoid missing critical construction phasing, delivery, or coordination details. An online viewing of plans is also available at no charge through Augusta Blueprint. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held with an optional site visit to follow. Questions or requests for clarifications regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Department by email on or before the specified deadline. A 5% Bid bond must be submitted with the bidder’s qualifications, and 100% performance and payment bonds will be required for award. All requirements detailed in the invitation to bid, including submission timing, number of copies, and required financial data, are material and not waivable or modifiable.
