Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cosmopolis, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; and educational facility.
Roofing replacement, HVAC replacement, various accessibility improvements including toilet rooms, plumbing, power and lighting, finishes and a wheelchair lift, fire alarm modifications, replacement of storefront windows and doors, provision of athletic turf, new electrical service and painting. A mandatory pre-proposal walk-through is required, starting at the school's covered play area. Bid packages and plans are available online, and contractors are responsible for the cost of paper copies. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. No contractor may withdraw their bid after submission or before award, except if award is delayed beyond thirty days from submission.
