Reference Number 0000413634 Bid Intent Not Available HVAC SYSTEM REPLACEMENT The successful contractor shall provide, at a minimum: Removal and proper disposal of existing HVAC equipment Furnishing and installation of new 25-ton commercial HVAC unit Ductwork transitions and modifications as required Electrical connections and upgrades as required Refrigerant piping and insulation Sensors and accessories as required Controls reconnection and integration: Contractor shall disconnect, protect, and fully reconnect all existing HVAC control systems, including thermostats, sensors, actuators, and any Building Automation System (BAS) or Energy Management System connections. The new unit must be fully integrated with existing controls and verified operational. Testing, balancing, and commissioning of the system Start-up and operational training for Morgan County personnel Final inspections and permits
