Replacement Of Holman City Road Over Tributary Of Sauquoit Creek 2 Locations C3-2 & C4-2 Town Of Paris Oneida County New York CONTRACT NUMBER: H2655603 BID REFERENCE NUMBER 2381 covers the replacement of Holman City Road over a tributary of Sauquoit Creek at two locations, C3-2 and C4-2, in the Town of Paris, Oneida County, New York. Bidders must furnish all labor and materials and perform all work for the bid package(s) as specified. Specifications and plans must be obtained from the Oneida County Purchasing Department. A deposit is required for each set of plans and specifications, and bid packages must be sealed, marked, and properly addressed. A bid bond or certified check for 5% of the base bid is required, as is a performance bond for 100% of the bid price. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and not detached from the Proposal Booklet. The County reserves the right to revise, amend, or reject bids, and all inquiries regarding specifications must be directed in writing. The contract is subject to compliance with Article 8 of the New York State Labor Law and the OSHA 10-hour construction safety course. The Affirmative Action Policy is in effect, and bids are invited from minority groups. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days of opening.
