Site work and paving for a road / highway in Carmel, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, paving, curb repair, and traffic markings on specified City roads. All bids and proposals must be properly and completely executed on the proposal forms provided with the plans and specifications, including the non-collusion affidavit as required by the State of Indiana. Each bid must include a bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. A one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond will also be required of the successful bidder. Bidders must obtain complete sets of drawings and contract documents and assume the risk of any errors or omissions in bids prepared in reliance on incomplete sets. No bidder may withdraw any bid or proposal within a period of sixty (60) days following the date set for receiving bids or proposals. The City of Carmel reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all bids. If a Bidder finds conflicts, errors, discrepancies or ambiguities in the Contract Documents or any sample form, or if the Bidder is in doubt as to the intended meaning of any portion or provision therein, the Bidder shall at once give written notice thereof to the OWNER's Representative, at least seven (7) consecutive calendar days prior to the Bid Date Question Deadline 02/25/2026
