Construct by marking the area to be replaced as directed, saw cut or mill the perimeter. Remove and dispose of all material within the area to the depth indicated, Match existing pavement depth or as directed, compact the existing subgrade or subbase, thoroughly clean and dry all Asphalt surfaces, tack coat the existing Asphalt edges then place and compact to the depth indicated Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, Binder Course, PG 64S-22, < 0.3 million ESALS, 19.0 MM Mix and Seal the edges with emulsified asphalt, Class AE-T, the PG-Binder used in the pavement course or PG-64-22. All work and materials are incidental to the Asphalt Binder Course 19.0 mm, Base Repair Item. Asphalt Joint and Crack Sealing This work is the cleaning and sealing longitudinal and transverse joints and random cracks in existing pavement surfaces as part of routine maintenance and before placing a seal coat or an overlay. Use Rubberized Joint Sealing Material. All work and material to be accordance with the Publication 408 Section 469.
