Site work for a water / sewer project in Westcliffe, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work generally consists of water and sanitary sewer main extensions of the Round Mountain Water and Sanitation District (RMWSD) systems. The water main extension generally consists of 1,360 linear feet of C900 water pipe, fittings, fire hydrant assemblies, and water service line assemblies. The sewer main extension generally consists of 3,030 linear feet of SDR35 sanitary sewer pipe, precast concrete manholes, and sanitary sewer service lines. Sealed bids will be received at the specified location and time. Bidding Documents may be ordered online for a non-refundable charge. Partial sets will not be available from the Issuing Office. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds and comply with insurance provisions as specified by the Contract Documents. If a bid bond is used, it must be on the form provided in the Contract Documents. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities or technical defects and to reject any or all bids.
