Renovation of a library in Chester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,500-square-foot, one-story above grade library.
The project is the renovation of the existing Chester Library building, located at 11800 Centre St, Chester, VA 23831. Chester Library is a one story, 15,500 SF built in 1999. Project will include but is not limited to the replacement of the HVAC and roofing systems, exterior windows, replacement and repair of site fencing and lighting, and a replacement of interior lighting and flooring. The library will be closed during construction. Substantial Completion shall be no later than 180 days after the date set in the Notice to Proceed.
