The Contractor shall provide and deliver a high-performance spotlight system for the Kia Center, supplying equipment that meets or exceeds specified technical requirements and providing long-term support and service. This includes the removal and disposal of existing inoperable spotlight units and discussion of trade value or resale for operational units. The Contractor is also required to perform bi-annual (January and July) preventative maintenance on all arena spotlight fixtures, including inspection, testing, cleaning, preventative repairs, calibration, and reporting. Deliverables include a written inspection and maintenance report within five business days of service completion, and documentation of any parts replaced or recommended upgrades. After award, the Contractor must provide timelines for delivery and installation, documentation on trade or resale value, warranty coverage and maintenance for three years after installation, and training or manuals. All work must comply with the requirements outlined, including insurance, submittals, and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. Instructions to bidders specify submission via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, completion of all required forms (references, certifications, contracts, disclosures, affidavits), proof of insurance, and compliance with all procedures outlined in the solicitation documentation. Incomplete submittals or failure to meet instructions may result in disqualification.
