Description

Demolition and renovation of a library in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

Construction of McHenry Library - Fan Replacement/Fan Wall includes demolition and replacement of existing supply and return fans at the ground floor. This includes the anchoring of replacement fans. Scope includes BMS, electrical, mechanical, and structural. Bidders may be required to submit qualifications with their bids as set forth in the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Job Walk at the McHenry Library loading dock. Only bidders who sign in on time and participate in the Pre-Bid Conference and Job Walk in its entirety will be allowed to bid on the Project as prime contractors. Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall be received by the specified deadline. Sealed bids will only be received electronically at the UC Santa Cruz Plan Room.
