Reference number: 20125336 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-03 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 3 Expected duration of the contract with options (in months) 3 Description TENDER NOTICE The Sorel-Tracy School Services Centre is seeking sealed envelope or electronic bids through SEMA for work at Fernand-Lefebvre high school, located at 265 de Ramezay street, Sorel-Tracy (Québec), J3P 4A5, including: The rehabilitation of windows on a facade of Block B, the central corridor of the second floor, the cafeteria as well as the premises adjacent to Block C; DELIVERY SCHEDULE The successful bidder will be required to adhere to the following schedule: Scheduled start of work/services/deliveries: June 25, 2026; Deadline for delivery/service/execution: 20 August 2026. Note: Any unjustified delay in the delivery of goods, services or execution of work could result in penalties as set out in the contractual documents. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE Each tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee equivalent to 10% of the total amount tendered (excluding applicable taxes), in one of the following forms: Certified cheque or bank draft; Irrevocable letter of guarantee; or Bid bond issued by a recognized financial institution. The repair of the exterior exit door of block C.
