Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The project is for the 2026 Bethlehem Township Cold In Place Asphalt Recycling and Paving Project. Bidders must submit sealed bids, each marked appropriately for the bid item. Bidders are required to provide a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or bank cashier's check, or bid bond, for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder must supply Payment and Performance Bonds as required by law. The contract is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and the successful bidder must pay prevailing minimum wages according to the determination issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry for this project. Only contractors who attend the mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will have bids accepted. The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Bethlehem reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept any bid in the best interests of the Township.
