The Urban Flood Safety & Water Quality District seeks written proposals from qualified vendors able to provide structural engineering services on an on-call, task order basis. The work may include structural engineering and related services to support planning, design, construction, operations, maintenance, emergency response, and asset management of flood control and water conveyance infrastructure. Services performed will be requested by the District in a written task order, each containing a statement of work, performance schedule, and maximum compensation. Up to two on-call price agreements may be awarded, sharing a total maximum amount. Task orders will be assigned based on availability, expertise, and pricing considerations, referencing the proposers' submitted information and interviews if applicable. The contract term will be five years with options to renew for up to three additional years.
