Replace approximately 4,600 ft of 2" PE gas main and 12 residential gas services in the Belair Subdivision of US Hwy 80 in Statesboro, GA. Sealed bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Statesboro and to the attention of Darren Prather, Director of Purchasing. The bid must include a copy of the Utility Contractors License, appropriate insurance certificate, and a summary list of contractor employees showing tasks and expiration dates for Operator Qualification under the current GMA OQ Plan. All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. The City of Statesboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities and re-advertise.
