Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a 20,235-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The project scope includes approximately 20,235 SF of sidewalk replacement, 3,587 SY of concrete roadway replacement, and 4,360 LF of crack sealing. Sealed bids must be addressed to Kaufman County MUD No. 5, 6 & 7, Board of Directors, and received at the office of the Engineer for the District, Westwood Professional Services, 11000 Frisco Street, Suite 400, Frisco, Texas 75033. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after notification. Copies of the bidding documents may be purchased at the office of the Engineer for $100, or an electronic version may be obtained for free by contacting a representative of the Engineer for the District. The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any bid and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. The Owner may accept the bid of any responsible person deemed most advantageous to the District and resulting in the best and most economical completion of the project. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, if awarded the contract, you must be able to provide Kaufman County MUD No. 5, 6 & 7 with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) and a Verification of Compliance with Government Code Chapters 2252 and 2270 form. Failure to do so will result in the District's inability to execute the contract. The Project Location Sites: The project is located in Kaufman County as follows: MUD No. 5 in Kaufman County, Texas and it may be reached by traveling east from Dallas on US HWY 80 and exiting on FM 460 (Clements Dr). Travel Northeast on FM 460 and take a left on Ponder Drive and you are within the district. MUD No. 6 is located in Kaufman County. MUD No. 6 in Kaufman County, Texas and it may be reached by traveling east from Dallas on US HWY 80 and exiting on FM 460 (Clements Dr). Travel Northeast on FM 460 and take a left on FM740 going North. Take a left on Rains County Rd. and you are within the district. MUD No. 7 is located in Kaufman County, Texas and it may be reached by traveling east from Dallas on US HWY 80 and exiting on FM 460 (Clements Dr). Travel Northeast on FM 460 and take a left on FM740 going North. Take a left on Johnson City Ave and you are within the district. The roadway repairs will be throughout the districts. QA date - 3-9-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by addenda. All parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents will be called and the addendum will be mailed or transmitted by electronic facsimile. The eligible party has the option to pick up the addendum at the Engineer's office and sign required documentation list. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
