Sealed bids are requested for the utility installation for The Enclave at Legacy Hills Phase 3 Utilities Package, covering approximately 34.062 acres in Celina, Texas. Each bid must be submitted with a certified or cashier's check or an acceptable bidder's bond, payable without recourse to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid submitted. This amount will be forfeited and the surety will be liable if the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract or furnish required bonds within fifteen (15) days after notice of award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required for each bidder, either in person or virtually. Bids will not be accepted from any bidder not represented at the pre-bid conference.
