The work consists of exterior painting and repair of a 150,000-gallon elevated water storage tank. Bidders are required to furnish all labor and materials and perform all work as set forth by the Advertisement, General Conditions, Specifications, and/or Drawings. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents can be reviewed and obtained for a fee. Questions are to be directed only to the designated party and not the owner. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked accordingly, and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of at least 5 percent of the base bid. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. Bidders must certify non-segregation of employee facilities. The owner reserves the right to consider informal any bid not prepared in accordance with the provisions, waive informality, or reject any or all bids.
