New construction of a municipal facility in Princeton, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

The Administrative Office of the Courts is soliciting proposals on behalf of the Caldwell County Project Development Board for a construction manager-at-risk to develop and construct a new Judicial Center to be located in Princeton, Kentucky. Contractors are eligible for free downloads of plans, while hard copy plan sets and spec books are available for purchase. Existing plan holders will receive email notifications upon release of any addenda. Failure to order bid sets through Lynn Imaging and not being on the plan holders list will prevent bidders from receiving notifications and accessing addenda.
