Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Princeton, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work necessary for the Runway Rehabilitation Project at Princeton-Caldwell County Airport. Each sealed proposal must include a certified check, cashier's check, or satisfactory bid bond equal to at least five percent of the bid amount, payable to The Princeton-Caldwell County Airport Board. The successful bidder must execute a contract and provide contract surety and a bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent of the bid, for performance and payment of all labor and materials. The project is subject to federal regulations regarding disadvantaged business enterprise participation, Buy American certification, trade restrictions, Davis-Bacon requirements, affirmative action, and debarment and suspension. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with specified information. No bidder may withdraw a bid for 120 calendar days after the bid deadline, and the board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and negotiate with the apparent low bidder as necessary.
