The Perry County Fiscal Court is accepting bids for streambank stabilization and debris removal associated with NRCS DSR-21 05 22 5075-016 Lick Branch. There will be a mandatory pre-construction/sight showing for all interested parties, which must be attended to be eligible to bid. Contractors must have an active SAMs number to submit a bid. All work must comply with applicable state regulations and adhere to the specifications outlined in the project worksheets. Proof of general liability insurance (minimum $1,000,000 coverage) and workers' compensation insurance is required. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled "NRCS DSR-5075-016 Lick Branch Project" to the office of the Perry County Fiscal Court by the specified deadline. The Perry County Fiscal Court reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses, waive technicalities, and negotiate with the respondent who most nearly meets the project requirements.
