This will be accomplished by adding to or altering the existing structure and lateral load path to the building foundation. Monroe Rural Fire Protection District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the seismic rehabilitation of Station 1. The scope of work includes assisting with design and construction, specifically participating in 60% and 90% design reviews, providing cost estimates, coordinating with the District's architect and engineer, providing a maximum guaranteed price at 100% design, and overseeing construction. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked, and addressed as instructed. Faxed and emailed proposals will be rejected. No prequalification is required to submit a proposal.
