Reference Number 0000314325 Defence Construction Canada is seeking abbreviated proposals from architectural and engineering consulting firms to develop three standardized design models for apartment accommodations buildings. Proponents are required to submit their proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System. Information provided will be evaluated using established criteria. Firms qualified to provide these services are invited to participate. Questions regarding the solicitation must be directed only to the identified point of contact. Proponents who address questions to others may be disqualified. Preliminary solicitation results will be available on MERX, and contract award results can be obtained from the DCC website. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
