PCL ED, a Joint Venture, acting as Construction Manager, is inviting bidders to submit their Expression of Interest for the Replica Historic Wallpaper portions of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario. Bidders should indicate which aspects of the design, fabrication, supply, and/or installation of replica historic wallpaper they can perform. The work may involve replicating historic wallpaper using surviving fragments and documentation, overseeing installation within a heritage building, and using conservation practices and materials suitable for longevity and preservation. Bidders may express interest in any parts of this scope of work. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
