The scope of work is for the MARFORSOC MARQUEE SIGN REPLACEMENT. All responsible sources may submit a quote, and one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract will be awarded on an all or none basis for this requirement. Quotes must comply with all instructions and requirements and must demonstrate clearly how the solicitation requirements will be met. Comprehensive responses to the requirements of the RFQ are required, including a complete response to Attachment 1 - Statement of Work and all requirements specified in the solicitation, including required quantities and delivery schedules. Offers must be the best and final quote, as only one submission will be entertained, and must not be partial. Proposals must include UEI, Cage Code, and TIN numbers, be limited to a 5-page technical volume, and be submitted by email as specified, not exceeding 10 MB per email. The contract will be awarded based on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. It is not sufficient to merely state compliance to the solicitation; the quote must identify specifically how the requirements will be met.
