Kirksey Recreation Center. The existing boiler system is operational and is not included in this scope of work. XISTING EQUIPMENT INFORMATION Manufacturer: Lochinvar Model Number: RJS120M 000 Serial Number: 1934116042349 Item ID / Part Number: 100167334 Capacity: 120 Gallons SCOPE OF WORK o Remove and dispose of the existing water storage tank o Furnish and install a new domestic hot water storage tank o Reconnect existing piping, valves, and controls as required o Test and verify proper operation o Restore the work area to pre-installation condition The City reserves the right to accept the most responsive and responsible quotation.
