The Contractor has full responsibility for the work and its subcontractors. He must lead them and control them efficiently and safely. He is solely responsible for the means, methods, procedures and coordination of all parts of the Works under the contract. WORK SCHEDULE AND CONTRACT DURATION The Contract comes into force on the date mentioned in the notice of awarding of the contract or, failing that, on the day the notice of awarding of the contract is issued to the CONTRACTOR by the PUBLIC BODY and must be completed according to the following schedule: Kick-off meeting: 19 May 2026; Date of receipt with reservation: 26 March 2028; Date of receipt without reservation: 31 August 2028.
