FY26 annual boiler cleaning and maintenance services for the VA New Jersey Healthcare System include providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform scheduled boiler cleaning and maintenance at the East Orange and Lyons VA Medical Centers. The requirement supports ongoing boiler plant operations beginning in April 2026 and covers the base year with four option years. Interested contractors must demonstrate capability to perform boiler cleaning, inspection, and maintenance services consistent with the Statement of Work, including examples of similar work performed at comparable facilities. Responses must include company information, capability details, relevant experience, DUNS/UEI, point of contact, and socio-economic status. Service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, and other socio-economic categories must include appropriate supporting documentation.
