The Housing Authority of the City of East Orange is soliciting bids for Fire Pump and Sprinklers Upgrades at Concord Towers Apartments, located at 210 North Grove Street, East Orange, NJ 07017. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided by the Authority. Bidding documents including the scope of services may be obtained at 160 Halsted Street, 1st Fl., between the hours of 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Thursday, beginning Thursday, April 2, 2026. Bids must be submitted prior to the designated time for receipt and opening of bids and may be submitted either by mail or in person. Bids must be presented in the form prescribed by the Housing Authority of the City of East Orange. No bid will be accepted after the designated date and time. Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the Bidder and marked "Fire Pump and Sprinklers Upgrades Project # 26-SPK-IFB-05". All bids are to be submitted in duplicate. The Housing Authority of the City of East Orange reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality in bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to opening bids, without consent of the Housing Authority of the City of East Orange.
