Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 20,000-square-foot, three-story above grade fire / police facility.
Construction of a new Protective Services Building that will house Fire Hall 3, consist of 2-3 story of approximately 15,000 to 20,000 sq ft, located at 20596 Dewdney Trunk Road in Maple Ridge, BC. It includes 4-drive through, double length apparatus bays, and approximately 50 parking spaces. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from architectural firms to assist with the site planning and development, design, contract administration, and inspection services is underway. The city anticipate that design will begin 2026 with the final issued for tender package completed by January 2027. Further update in late summer 2026, upon award.
