Addendum 2 has been issued. . Separate sealed bids for the Bid Group Packages of construction work for the 2026 Multi-Facility Maintenance Project at Fargo Public Schools will be received. Bid Packages include: Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel (Materials & Erection), Misc. Metals (Materials), Misc. Metals (Labor), General Work and Labor, Moisture Protection, Moisture Protection/Prefinished Metal Panels, Glazing Systems, Drywall/Painting, Acoustical, Resilient Flooring & Carpeting, Painting, Site Signs, Plumbing/HVAC, Electrical Systems, Earthwork, and Paving and Surfacing. Each bid package is assigned to specific schools within the district. The construction is expected to begin upon contract awards and completion is scheduled for 08-18-2026. Bids must be submitted by mail or in-person using the bid form contained in the specifications. Each bid must include a bidder’s bond in a sum equal to 5% of the full amount of the bid and a copy of the bidder’s contractor's license, valid as of the bid date, in a separate envelope. Bids are to be submitted in two sealed envelopes: one containing the bid bond and contractor license, the other containing the bid form. Bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bids, as approved by Section 43-07-07 of the North Dakota Century Code. No bid will be read or considered that does not comply with these provisions. The Construction Manager reserves the right to waive informality or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after the date of opening.
