Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cedar City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the referenced project: Project Description: Replacement of the dry-pipe fire sprinkler system. Construction Cost Estimate: $274,689.00 Substantial Completion Date: August 21, 2026 Liquidated Damages: $1,000.00 per day The construction can't begin until May 11th, 2026. The Contractor shall comply with and require all subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal or bid in the best interest of the State. A bid bond properly signed by the Contractor and a qualified surety and submitted on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond form, or equivalent, in the amount of 5% of the bid, must accompany the bid submitted within online.
