Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cedar City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a stadium.

Project includes pressure grouting to fill voids between supporting soil and existing concrete bleachers, replacement of aluminum brackets that support the bleachers and anchor to the concrete, removal and replacement of delaminated and crumbling concrete of bleachers, removal of existing coating on concrete bleachers and replacement with polyurethane traffic bearing membrane, installation of new sidewalk and stairs, and removal and replacement of concrete flat work, typically sidewalk.
