Question Deadline 03/09/2026 at 11:00 AM CT Questions or comments pertaining to this bid must be presented in writing, sent as e-mail to the attention of the Purchasing Manager, Erin Wolfe, 555 South Section St., Fairhope, AL 36532, e-mail: Purchasing@FairhopeAL.gov Furnish all labor and materials, and perform all work required to renovate eleven (11) putting greens at Quail Creek Municipal Golf Course, located at 19841 Quail Creek Drive, Fairhope, AL 36532. The contractor must provide material, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary for the renovation. Work is to begin on or about May 1, 2026. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided, enclosed in a sealed, opaque envelope clearly marked with the item name, bid number, City of Fairhope's name and address, and the contractor's name and address. Each bid must be in a separate envelope. Bids made in pencil will not be accepted. Failure to follow instructions may result in rejection. Only qualified contractors, in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, may submit proposals. Appropriate licenses must be held or acquired prior to work. No bids may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the opening of proposals without the City's consent. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the best interest of the City of Fairhope.
