Construct Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower Construct a new 10-story Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower and demolish the existing ATC tower and associated structures at Fort Riley, Kansas. The project includes construction of a control cab, offices, conference room, breakroom, radar simulator room, electrical and mechanical rooms, and all associated utility and site work. Work includes, but is not limited to, concrete foundation systems, structural steel framing, masonry walls, metal roofing, fire detection and suppression systems, HVAC systems, electrical distribution systems, telecommunications infrastructure, backup power generation, elevator installation, utility connections, sidewalks, access drives, grading, and other required site improvements. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to complete the project under a firm-fixed-price Design-Bid-Build contract.
