Work consists of installing a new kitchenette in Building 2447, Room 116, including construction of a new ceiling suitable for kitchen use; installation of upper and base cabinets, countertops, and backsplash; a new sink with garbage disposal and drinking fountain; new plumbing; installation of a range hood with through-wall exhaust duct and vent; new electrical work; and full wall repair and painting for the room. Existing cabinets, sink, rubber flooring, and baseboards must be demolished and replaced with new vinyl composition tile flooring and rubber baseboards. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, fees, and services necessary to complete construction, ensuring the finished work is delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
