The City of Anaheim, Community Services, is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors for maintenance and repair of city park water features. Contractors must hold a valid C-53 Swimming Pool Contractor License, and all assigned technicians must have current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supplies necessary to complete the work and must perform all services in accordance with the bid specifications and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including obtaining any required Cal/OSHA permits for confined space entry. Only electronic bids submitted through the City’s online bidding system will be accepted. Prior to bid submission, bidders are advised to read all instructions, including the City Master Agreement Terms & Conditions and any solicitation attachments or exhibits. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting and job walk is required to be eligible to bid; late arrivals are not eligible for award consideration, and bidders must stay for the entire job walk and sign in with the City's Buyer.
