Site work and paving for a civil project in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project is for the replacement of water main, sanitary sewer main, storm sewer, and pavement in East Fairmont Boulevard from Elm Avenue to East Anaconda Drive; Elm Avenue from East Fairlane Drive to south of East Fairmont Drive; and the rehabilitation of Maple Ave south of Fairmont. The project includes replacement of approximately 400 feet of sanitary sewer, 1,000 feet of water, 1,000 feet of storm sewer, 750 feet of new pavement, and 350 feet of pavement rehabilitation. The estimated project cost is $3,575,000.00. Question Deadline 03/05/2026 No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing and addressed to the Consultant, Kale McNaboe at kale@longbrancheng.com, or by mail at 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota, 57701 and must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids in order for the City Project Manager to give it appropriate consideration.
