The purpose is to obtain pricing from vendors to furnish and deliver Galvanized Steel Plank Flooring for Stanly County Bridge Maintenance. This is required to begin preventative maintenance of bridges within the county. The solicitation is for an Agency Specific Contract (one-time purchase). Bids must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the IFB and any addenda. Vendors are responsible for reading the Instructions to Vendors, the North Carolina General Terms and Conditions, relevant exhibits and attachments, and complying with all requirements and specifications. Vendors must also obtain and comply with all addenda and changes issued. Any questions or exceptions regarding the IFB must be submitted as questions in accordance with the BID QUESTIONS section. The State may issue addenda or leave open the possibility for later negotiation of specific provisions addressed during the question-and-answer period prior to contract award. The State will not evaluate or consider any additional or modified terms and conditions submitted with Vendor’s bid, except as approved through the designated process.
