The Greater Miami Expressway Agency is requesting sealed Proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) Services for the widening of SW 137th Avenue from SW 8th Street to SW 26th Street. The services include contract administration, inspection, material sampling and testing for the project, which consists of widening the road from four to six lanes. Elements of the construction work include roadway and drainage improvements, curb ramp upgrades, tree removal or relocation, signing and pavement markings, and lighting and signalization upgrades at the intersections of SW 26th Street, SW 18th Street, and SW 11th Street. The scope and further details are described in the Scope of Services incorporated and attached as Exhibit A. The procurement is subject to the Cone of Silence policy.
