The Douglas County Board of Commissioners is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms or organizations to provide consultant services for Engineering Services for the Rockhouse Road Sidewalk/Trail Project, P.I.# 0021154, Douglas County. This solicitation seeks to identify potential providers for the Scope of Services described in Exhibit I. All respondents are subject to the instructions communicated, are cautioned to completely review the RFQ, and follow instructions carefully. Douglas County reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications or Technical Approach and to waive technicalities and informalities at its discretion. All relevant communication regarding this solicitation will be made via the Georgia Procurement Registry (GPR) and BidNet under Douglas County Solicitation 2026-006.
