Site work for a water / sewer project in Utica, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the 2026 Sewer Lining Project, which consists of the lining of sanitary sewers on Genesee Street and near Schoolcraft Road. Sanitary lining on Keyes Road and Eastwood is also included as bid alternatives. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bidders must obtain Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office via the Avalon Plan Room and be officially registered on the List of Bidders. Only official plan holders are eligible to bid. A non-refundable fee is required to obtain electronic or printed contract documents from Avalon Document Services. Bid security must be provided as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Proof of qualifications to perform the work must be submitted. The Board of Contract and Supply reserves the right to waive formalities and reject any or all bids. Question date 03/05/2026
