Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Amherst, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The County of Erie Department of Public Works, Division of Highways is seeking proposals from Architect/Engineer firms for Engineering Services for the replacement of Youngs Road (CR 554) Bridge over Branch Ellicott Creek in the Towns of Amherst and Cheektowaga. All correspondence, communications and/or contact with the County regarding this proposal shall be in writing to jonathan.deplanche@erie.gov by 12:00 PM noon, local time on March 6, 2026. Erie County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informality. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
