The Board of Uinta County Commissioners is accepting sealed bids for the price per ton for supplying and delivering liquid Magnesium Chloride and the use of portable frac tanks (20,000 gallon minimum capacity) for dust suppression on Uinta County roads for the 2026 year. Sealed bids must be marked as "MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE SEALED BID (CRF2026)" and submitted to the Uinta County Clerk’s Office. Bid prices must be valid for the 2026 construction season. Uinta County reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, and to waive any informality or irregularity in a bid. Uinta County will award the contract to the bid that is in its best interest, not necessarily the lowest bid.
