Uinta County reserves the right to accept or reject any items or bids, waive irregularities, or re-bid if necessary, and is not bound to accept the lowest bid, but rather the bid that is in the best interest of the County. Bids must be marked on the outside with "Uinta County Dust Suppression Project CM26305" and the name and address of the bidder. Minority business enterprises will be given full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, creed, or national origin.
